REFUND POLICY

When you register for United Sports Soccer program, you are agreeing and are responsible to pay the whole program fee for the season whether you opt to pay in full at registration or you opt for a payment plan. Subsequent reduction of those total fees owed by refund and/or termination of the payment plan (collectively “refund”) is only allowed in certain circumstances specified below. Leaving the program mid-season (anytime after team acceptance) for any reason outside of those reasons specified below - including but not limited to joining another club, having your or your child’s membership terminated for violating our codes of conduct, or deciding to no longer play soccer - do not result in a refund and you are still responsible to pay the full team season program fee. Refunds of registration fees will be issued in accordance with the following policy: · Medical Refund – Refunds related to significant injury or illness will be granted only with medical documentation from a physician and will be prorated by month based on a 10 month season. · Relocation – If a family is relocating farther than 50 miles during the season, the club will provide a prorated refund based on a 10 month season. · Other – Refunds for any other reason may only be granted at the sole discretion of the United Sports Soccer Club Executive Board.
